Institutional Strategy Development Analyst

The Strategy Development team is responsible for the creation and advocacy of new strategies.
We are the go-between, connecting the Portfolio Management Group, Institutional sales and service and clients/prospects.
We ensure Fisher's Institutional Group keeps up with institutional investor demand by reactively and proactively introducing new strategies and capabilities.
Strategy expansion is a critical component of the quest to $1 trillion, and this team is at its epicenter.
The Opportunity: As a Strategy Development Analyst, you will get exposure to the institutional group: Marketing, Reporting, Sales, Service, Analytics, Fund Creation, and Operations.
You will also have direct and regular interaction with senior members of FIIG and PMG.
This is your opportunity to put your own stamp on efforts that directly lead to the growth or retention of firm AUM by creating change, leaving a legacy, and participating in multiple projects that have never been done before.
The Day-to-Day:Brainstorming - Discover which strategies are or will be in demandEfficacy Analysis - Determine if strategies are viableMarketing - Create marketing materials and supporting analysisTraining - Train the sales and service teams to understand the strategiesAdvocacy - Promote the strategies throughout the sales processSales Support - Work with sales and service teams to sell the strategy and raise assetsYour Qualifications:4+ years of industry experiencePrevious sales/marketing experienceCan quickly jump between tasks of widely varying nature with high levels of complexity and adjust priorities frequently in response to needsAre a proven communicator with both internal and external customers both verbally and in writingCan compile and analyze information sets, drawing conclusionsStrive for knowledge and enjoy creatively solving problemsCompensation:$70,000 - $110,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
