We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer with experience with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices, as well as proven expertise in instructional design principles and technology Job Duties:Design multimedia training projects based upon project objectives, format, methodology, target audience, content, budget, timelines, and available resources.Produce eLearning courses, animated videos, live action videos, online assessments, electronic graphics, and recorded webinars/events.Use discretion and independent judgment to evaluate complex requirements and provide instructional design recommendations and deliverables to support the client.Analyze instructional and communication requirements to determine appropriate media, delivery methods, and sequencing of content.Consult with clients and other subject matter experts on multimedia technology, design, and delivery methods.Design content and graphic design elements for multimedia programs.Review outlines and storyboards with appropriate experts.Create eLearning and video with tools such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Premier Pro.Ensure all web-based content, including text, images, videos, eLearning, assessments, and audio comply with Section 508 standard.Use innovative strategies for learner engagement including gamification and scenario-based interaction.Assess and modify existing training programs to meet instructional design standards. Provide enhancements and revisions to existing materials based on SME/Stakeholder feedback and effectively incorporate client feedback into deliverables.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related field. Years of Experience:Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience.Minimum of 3 years' experience in adult education and multimedia training development.Software Proficiency:Adobe Creative Suite is required.Adobe Technical Suite is highly desired.Articulate 360 suite required.Microsoft Office Suite required.Vyond required.TechSmith Camtasia required.Knowledge of CSS, HTML 5, XHTML, and JavaScript preferredKnowledge of SCORM standards requiredBenefits:Medical/Dental/Life401k Matching up to 4%Tuition ReimbursementThis is a Remote (work from home) position.
