Position: Instructional Systems Designer
Duration: 2 Year Contract
Location: Dearborn, MI - Hybrid, 1 day a week on-site.
Compensation: $48-53/hr
Qualifications: 3+ years working as an instructional designerExpertise in training development strategies & contentExperience delivering content in virtual live led modelsBachelor's degree in related field of studyExpertise in needs assessment- identifying & analyzing needs of new customers & contentProficiency with instructional design software and authoring toolsExperience with SharePoint, as well as PowerPointStrong soft skillsExcellent written and verbal communication & writing skillsStrategic & curious mindset around content & training development Preferred: Graphic design background is preferredProfessional writing background is hugePersuasive writing Prior AI or Analytics experience Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer to join the team of their largest OEM client in the Automotive Industry.
This person will be working within the clients' Global Data Insights & Analytics organization and will be consulting subject matter experts and customers on delivering training materials & content, and delivering that content through primarily a virtual live event model.
Specific Responsibilities:Work with subject matter experts to analyze training needsDevelop learning objectives, design instructional materials, & evaluate the effectiveness of the training program.Collaborate with customers and subject matter experts to identify and analyze training needs.Develop learning objectives and design instructional materials, including online courses, manuals, job aids, and multimedia materials.Use adult learning principles to create engaging and effective training programs.Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make necessary improvements.Develop assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and provide feedback to learners.Research and stay up-to-date on instructional design trends and technologies.Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure successful project completion.
