Instrument Engineer

Role Definition - Develop and implement detailed plans for the installation and maintenance of instrumentation systems in coordination with project managers and engineers.- Schedule and coordinate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely completion of tasks.- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.- Supervise the installation of instrument systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.- Oversee the testing and commissioning of instrument systems to ensure they function correctly and meet project requirements.- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.- Lead and manage a team of instrument technicians, providing direction, training, and support as needed.- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient and effective execution of work.- Ensure that all instrument activities comply with relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards. Qualification •Strong experience in technical management for EPCI projects;•Pro-active communication skills;•Driving HSE culture into the project;•Fluent English language.
