We are currently seeking an Insulation Tech Assistant/Driver to join our team. In this role you would be helping the insulation tech in the set up, loading and operating of the insulation machine and responsible for driving company provided vehicle to and from the job site. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a variety of environments.
\n Duties and ResponsibilitiesDrive company vehicle to & from the job sitesSet up any and all necessary equipment including loading vehicle and insulation machineAssist installation techs on job site to install baffles around the eaves inside atticLoading/feed of the insulation machine to assist insulation tech's spraying of insulation levels inside the atticKeep job site work area clean during and after the projectFollow safety procedures and guidelines at all times Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 pounds)Ability to climb ladders and work at heightsAbility to work in confined spacesAbility to wear personal protective equipment for extended periods of time QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentPrevious driver experience preferredValid Driver's License with a clean driving record requiredPrior experience in construction industry or related field Ability to work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces and at heights Compensation and Benefits$18.75 per hour Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance available401(k) planCompany paid Life InsuranceCompany paid short term disabilityPTO, Vacation, HolidaysOn-Site Gym - free access
