The Role As the Agency Recruiter, you will lead the charge in building and managing a best-in-class recruiting program, ensuring we attract top talent to support our growing insurance sales and service teams.
You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to design tailored interview plans, source and screen candidates, and continually improve processes to create an exceptional candidate experience. With your expertise, you'll develop a strong talent pipeline, optimize recruiting practices, and play a pivotal role in shaping the team that drives our agency's success.
What You'll Do Talent Sourcing and Candidate Experience: Build and implement a comprehensive pipeline strategy to attract high-quality candidates for sales and service roles. Source, screen, and engage candidates through top-of-funnel activities, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage. Continuously incorporate new sourcing tools, platforms, and best practices to identify and attract top talent. Recruiting Process Optimization: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, talent needs, and custom interview plans that align with agency goals. Design, refine, and implement interview processes and best practices to ensure consistency, fairness, and efficiency. Manage and optimize existing recruiting partnerships, while exploring new channels to expand talent reach. Monitor and analyze key recruiting metrics to identify trends, measure success, and drive improvements. Strategic Leadership and Process Development: Own the end-to-end recruiting process, from pipeline creation to candidate offer, ensuring timely and quality hires. Actively manage job postings, interview plans, and candidate feedback loops to maintain transparency and communication with hiring teams. Lead efforts to continuously improve the recruiting apparatus by integrating industry best practices and innovative solutions. Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing insights, recommendations, and guidance throughout the hiring process. About You Traits and Skills: You are a proactive self-starter who thrives in building and managing processes from the ground up. A natural communicator and relationship builder, you excel at engaging candidates and partnering with hiring teams. Detail-oriented and organized, you can manage multiple roles, pipelines, and priorities without missing a beat. You have a passion for candidate experience and a sharp eye for identifying top talent. Analytical and data-driven, you use metrics and insights to refine recruiting strategies and optimize processes. Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record in talent acquisition, sourcing, and process optimization. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally within sales or service-oriented teams. Strong background in developing and managing recruiting processes, tools, and partnerships. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruiting metrics. Prior experience recruiting in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus. This role is essential to ensuring our agency builds and retains the talent we need to succeed.
