The Insurance and Reinsurance Associate Attorney will play a key role in the firm's practice, focusing on insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies. The role requires extensive civil litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing all facets of discovery and discovery motion practice, conducting depositions, and making court appearances (commensurate with experience level). Preferred qualifications include experience with business development, client management, and independent case management. Excellent academic credentials and a demonstration of superior research and writing ability are essential.
