Insurance Compliance Coordinator Md

JOB PURPOSE: To facilitate the insurance procurement and renewal process for the company's vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities Acquire and maintain vendor certificates of insurance for the company's vendorsReview vendor insurance certificates of insurance and advise on any corrections necessary to comply with company policiesMonitor upcoming vendor insurance expirationsWork with local purchasing department teams to ensure continuous complianceNotify vendors of any non-compliancePerform annual and quarterly trend reports and present findings to managementOther duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge and Skills Strong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent people skills, with an ability to work with individuals at all levels of an organizationSolid project-management skillsAbility to gather and analyze information from multiple sourcesFlexible and able to multi-task and establish priorities; can work within a dynamic, fast-moving environmentAbility to meet deadlinesComfortable communicating via phone and emailProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and business-related software Education & Work Experience College degree requiredOne year of experience with insurance policies is preferredPrior homebuilding-industry experience preferred
