Insurance Coverage Attorney

Our client is a national AV-rated(r) firm of 200+ attorneys across USA. Law Firm actively seeking a Attorney with (5+ years)

"Insurance Coverage" experience.

Qualifications

Extensive experience interpreting insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and litigating coverage matters preferably in connection with general liability, professional liability (E&O), directors & officers, employment practices liability and cyber insurance policies'.
JD from an ABA accredited Law School.
Good standing in California Bar.

Responsibilities

Independently manage a litigation caseload and word cases from inception through resolution.
Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
5+ years of coverage experience (advice & litigation) in the professional lines insurance space is preferred but open to any area of insurance coverage.

The annual compensation for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 (DOE). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
