Position Overview:
My client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload involving various aspects of insurance defense, including but not limited to liability, coverage disputes, and complex litigation. Our firm offers a unique opportunity for associates to work on cases that align with their interests and strengths, allowing you to build a broad range of expertise or become a micro-specialist in any area of insurance defense.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including conducting depositions, drafting legal documents, and appearing in court.
Analyze complex legal issues, develop case strategies, and provide effective legal advice.
Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to build strong defense cases.
Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and successful resolution of matters.
Stay updated on legal trends and developments in insurance defense law.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Texas.
Range of experience for the position can be anywhere from 2-10 years experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
