Job Description Insurance Defense Paralegal

Law Firm is seeking a full-time Insurance Defense Paralegal.
Insurance Defense Paralegals are essential team members supporting attorneys throughout the entire legal process, from initial complaint to final appeal.
As trusted confidants, they manage caseloads, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for depositions and trials.
A meticulous attention to detail is crucial in organizing complex documents, interviewing clients and witnesses, and coordinating with experts.
A successful insurance defense paralegal is highly organized, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
