Position Overview: We are one of the top brokerages in Atlanta and have been in business for 50+ years!
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Agent for our Commercial team in Atlanta.
The role will be responsible for sales, marketing, and client service in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
You should have a strong knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in the field of Commercial Lines, Transportation or Group Benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Must be based in Atlanta for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a book of business for commercial lines products, including transportation, group benefits, and other lines.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and retain existing clients.Cross sells corporate clients property & casualty, personal insurance and benefits policiesCultivate relationships with partners, underwriters, and carriers.Serve as a technical resource on commercial lines products.Provide clients with exceptional customer service and respond promptly to requests.Maintain accurate records of client activity and complete timely filing of paperwork.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience insurance sales or producer experience.Active P&C and/or Life & Health licenseStrong knowledge of the commercial lines insurance industry.Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
Competitive Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 (DOE) + Commission
