About the position: Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives as established. Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Generate insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Participate in training classes to hone your skills. Attend Networking and community events to build relationships with the public. Learn day to day skills of being a small business owner. Qualifications: Property and Casualty licensed (preferred) Comfortable dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound phone activity. Successful in meeting sales goals (2-3 years of sales exp. preferred) Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and listening. Goal oriented Competitive Able to complete and pass a background check. Benefits:
