*Position Overview * We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional with a background in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate for a longterm contract opportunity.
This position involves complex analyses and assessments related to Insurance and Real Estate, requiring a self-motivated individual who can manage a diverse range of tasks and articulate risks effectively.
*Key Responsibilities *
Conduct comprehensive analyses and risk assessments related to insurance matters for commercial properties.
Ensure compliance with individual investor guides, Pooling and Servicing Agreements, applicable laws, and mortgage documents.
Monitor and manage insurance compliance for properties used as collateral by various lenders and investors.
Handle insurance analysis, premium disbursements from escrow, risk assessment, appraisal review, and related correspondence.
Collaborate with servicers, investors, borrowers, insurance agents, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and management of insurance-related matters.
Protect the interests of investors by acting in a timely, efficient, and responsible manner.
*Qualifications *
Industry experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate is required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and articulate risks clearly.
Excellent character and professionalism, with a history of tenure in previous jobs, community involvement/volunteering, humility, and a positive attitude.
Ability to receive constructive feedback and maintain a positive, proactive approach.
Self-motivated and capable of managing a wide variety of tasks that may change daily.
