• High school graduate or equivalent• Some college and 2 years of client/customer service experience preferred• Obtain necessary certifications• Possess a valid driver's license• Knowledge of office procedures• Skill in addressing needs of low-income families• Thorough record keeping and report preparation• Mathematical calculation skills• Ability to communicate effectively• Regular and punctual attendance• Physical and drug screen required• Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred
