Integrated Marketing Communications Manager

Job summary
Cricut is looking for a proactive, highly motivated marketing professional to join our Brand Marketing & Integrated Communications team.Responsibilities include supporting and executing awareness campaigns and brand partnerships, analyzing their performance, and improving brand visibility and customer acquisition.This role reports to the VP, Marketing & Communications.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage brand marketing programs and partnerships• Work with the broader marketing and communications team to plan and execute integrated campaigns• Manage brand partnerships and marketing of licensed content in support of awareness strategies• Analyze program performance to improve opportunities, performance, and partnerships• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create assets and execute programs• Stay on top of marketing and communications trends
Requirements
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in marketing or integrated communications• Experience with multi-channel awareness campaigns• Strong project management and interpersonal skills• Ability to prioritize workload and meet aggressive goals• Ability to collaborate and influence diverse groups• Excellent written and verbal communications• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in integrated communications or marketing
