We are seeking an Integrated Payments Specialist to coordinate, oversee, and execute on new and existing PDDS client payment account onboarding, activation, and roll-out support.
JOB DUTIES
• Manage PDDS client's payment account onboardings and activations
• Act as main point of contact for Payment partner and PDDS for sales operational support
• Coordinate and drive payment token account transfers for existing and new clients
• Act as main point of contact for new payment location requests from existing clients
• Evaluate and optimize current payment processes to expedite activation timelines, improve client experience, and more quickly recognize revenue
• Manage payment specific reporting and communicate insights to relevant internal and external parties
• Own and drive regular meeting cadence with payment vendors
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of prior experience in the payment acquiring / processing space
• Prior experience with integrated SaaS relationship / account management
• Prior experience with merchant application and account onboarding tasks
• Prior experience working with software onboarding applications
