Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their growing, dynamic National Intellectual Property group as an IP Litigation attorney. Preference will be given to candidates interested in the Milwaukee office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in all stages of patent, trademark, and other intellectual property litigation, including:
Responsibilities: Conducting pre-filing investigations and due diligenceDeveloping case strategiesManaging complex discovery processes and negotiationsTaking and defending depositionsDrafting pleadings, motions, and pre-trial briefingsArguing evidentiary motions, claim construction, and dispositive motionsPreparing and submitting appeal briefsThe candidate must have a strong academic record along with the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to pursue a partnership track at the firm.
