This role is based out of multiple locations including San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, and Washington, DC.
As a mid-level associate in our Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group, you will handle complex cases, showcasing your skills in a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters career growth and professional development.
Salary: $230,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Represent clients in complex intellectual property litigation cases strategically and effectively.Develop case strategies and actively participate in trial preparations and execution.Conduct extensive legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other pivotal litigation documents.Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client service that leads to favorable outcomes.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in intellectual property law and contribute to firm knowledge sharing.Minimum Position Qualifications: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.At least 4 years of substantive intellectual property litigation experience.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Federal Circuit court cases is highly valued.Proven track record of handling large, complex IP litigation cases.Previous experience in a national law firm setting.Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.High proficiency in legal research tools and technology.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.Demonstrated initiative in professional growth and case management.Benefits: Highly competitive compensation package including potential performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, life, and disability).Voluntary vision coverage, a robust 401(k) plan, and paid time off.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the firm.Inclusive and collaborative work environment that values diversity and inclusivity.
