About the Role The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team on a long-term contract basis.
The successful candidate will work remotely to provide strategic support in the winding down and liquidation of business operations across multiple international locations.
This pivotal role involves identifying and addressing financial gaps, determining strategic plans, and managing a significant increase in workload related to statutory reporting, tax provisions, and the finalization of financial statements for each international entity.
The Interim CFO will also be responsible for overseeing budget processes, capital management, and ensuring financial stability throughout the liquidation process.
Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a financial leadership role, with a strong proficiency in 3M and extensive knowledge of accounting software systems.
Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential, and familiarity with various business systems and CRM software is advantageous.
The role requires a comprehensive understanding of accounting functions, auditing experience, and proficiency in budget processes and capital management.
The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting cash flow analysis, and will be expected to collaborate on strategic plans and support workload management during this critical phase of the business.
