Interim Controller

Interim Controller Location Hybrid work in Milwaukee, WI : We have a rapidly growing client near the Milwaukee airport seeking an interim Controller for the next couple of months. This position will be a hands-on resource to the CFO and assist with tasks ranging from month-end close, reporting, overseeing accounts payable and receivables, reconciliations, etc. Position is hybrid with the ability to work some of the days per week from home once training is completed. Please apply for immediate consideration as the client is eager to hire! RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all aspects of accounting including overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions. Perform account reconciliations and analysis. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and assess performance. Coordinate the preparation of month-end close and prepare financial statements. Assist with preparing budgets and forecasts. Ad hoc projects as assigned by CFO. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's in accounting or finance required, CPA a plus. At least 5-10 years of Accountant experience. Be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in the construction industry a plus. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
