Interim Director, Quality & Performance Improvement

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement for a 70+ bed hospital in Arizona. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Directing, planning and organizing staff and activities of the Quality Management/Performance Improvement Program to achieve clinical goals and strategic operating plans and objectives. Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies. Evaluating performance within the organization and developing and implementing measures for improvements. Requirements: Education: BSN required; RN required Experience: Minimum 5 years' of experience directing Quality, Performance Improvement, and Joint Commission readiness within an acute care hospital setting. Licensure: Current RN license to practice in any state in the US. Certifications: Certification from an Accredited Lean Program for a Lean Yellow Belt, BLS from the AHA.
