About The Career: The OR Supervisor position will insure the smooth operation of the unit on a daily basis, insure good patient care, and will deal with decisions related to the department. Will work closely with the Director of Surgical Services in decision making. Will function as staff nurse/charge nurse Is cross-trained to scrub and circulator duties as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned. About the Department: The Surgical Services Department at Montrose Regional Health is committed to provide quality surgical services and improve the quality of life for our patients. We provide surgical services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
All About You :
BSN or BA/BS in healthcare or closely related field (preferred). Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current/valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, ACLS, TNCC, PALS Minimum of 2 years of OR work experience required What We Offer: Student loan employer contributions up to $10,800 tax free!
