Job Summary: The Interim Senior Human Resources Recruiter innovates, delivers, and collaborates on hiring top talent for our hard-to-hire and leadership role. This role will be working with leaders and hiring managers to attract, engage and hire candidates that maximize people proposition for business outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High degree of business insight; results-oriented with an ability to work independently.Strategies identifying and building cross-functional partnerships to understand challenges.Strong talent acquisition skills and experience managing cross-functional relationships and priorities.Curiosity to gather business acumen and culture, learns rapidly and eagerly and seeks to understand patterns and connections through strong partnerships with key stakeholders.Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Exhibit strong time management skills, and deliver results with tight deadlines.Commonly used HR Talent Acquisition systems.Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to adjust style for various audiences to articulate complex issues clearly and succinctly.Proven ability to think and move quickly, manage multiple priorities, especially in fast-paced ambiguous environments.Strong business acumen.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of related work experience in talent acquisition and human resources experience OR Masters Degree/Juris Doctorate/Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of related work experience OR Equivalent combination of training and experience.
Key Responsibilities: Partners closely with Talent Acquisition and People Experience and Human Resources Operations to ensure a full service and seamless talent cycle.Leverages in-depth knowledge of business factors and hiring managers' requirements (such as time to hire, location, and budget) to shape effective hiring strategies tailored to the business group's needs.Advises on critical talent requirements and opportunities, presenting information in a manner that aligns with business objectives and persuades leaders to consider diverse and nontraditional talent options.Analyzes pertinent data and trends to derive insights and establish hiring plans.Uses deep knowledge of competitor opportunities to differentiate the University's unique career possibilities, advantages, and rewards and leverage a consistent, compelling message that conveys the most significant motivators to prospective candidates.Shares proven stories that help others across the discipline to source, recruit, and/or close candidates. Tracks candidate activity and shares with internal stakeholders.Coaches the client to represent the University's unique career possibilities, advantages, and rewards that are distinct from those of competitors.Gathers requirements and develops hiring plans that meet candidate needs throughout the hiring lifecycle, often for critical, complex, high level candidate searches.Prepares candidates for next phases of the process. Enhances the candidate experience at all phases of the recruitment.Maintains current documentation on candidates' qualifications and status in the appropriate staffing or tracking system, within compliance guidelines. Captures relevant data in recruiting platform and leverages data to inform meaningful insights.Performs other duties as assigned.Work Schedule: Standard business hours, 8am – 5pm, Some evenings and weekends as needed.

Expected Pay Scale: Minimum $80,000.00 - Maximum $125,000.00
