The Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study. Over a course of 10-12 weeks, our interns will collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis' business landscape. Students will have the opportunity to interact with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions.
Duties and responsibilities: Build Financial Models for Acquisitions: Develop discounted cash flow models to analyze returns for potential acquisition opportunities, gaining hands-on experience in financial modeling and investment analysis.Create Proforma Models for Development Projects: Assist in building proforma models for potential built-to-suit or speculative development projects, contributing to the evaluation and planning of new investments.Manage Sales Comparison Database: Compile and maintain a comprehensive database of sales comps for various markets, supporting the team in analyzing regional market trends and property values.Maintain Base Case Models for Land Bank: Prepare and update base case proforma models for existing land bank assets, aiding in the ongoing management and evaluation of property holdings.Provide Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with different teams and departments globally, offering assistance and insights on various investment analysis projects.Minimum Requirements: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (rising junior) programProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFor technical roles: experience with relevant tools such as Argus, Tableau, R, Java, SQL, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similarStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail, professionalism, and integrityMotivated by curiosity with a strong desire to learn and growCreative mindset and openness to tackling new challengesCollaborative team player with a supportive approachUndergraduate Hiring Hourly Pay: $25-30/Hour
Hourly pay to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, and skills, as well as internal pay equity and alignment with market data.
