As a ProbeEquipmentTechnician at Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho, youwill help withmonitoring, sustaining, and improving the equipment and/or processes.You willassist inmaintaininga variety ofprobing and supportequipmentin amultifacetedenvironment.Wecollaborate withmany upstream and downstream partners to achieve our mission and meet our goals.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and improve system performanceand availabilitybased onmetrics
Perform preventive andreactive maintenance on probetest cellsand support equipment; effectively document allmaintenanceactivities
Investigatetooland fault detectionalarms
ApplyEffective Problem-Solving (EPS) frameworkin allwork
Support teams intool installation andqualification
Adhere to safety and work procedures specific to the area, while also applying creative and independent thinking whenapplicable
Collaborate with internal Probe teamsandexternal partnersin support of allgoals

PreferredQualifications:
Knowledge of AC/DC circuits includingfundamentals of electricityandbasic electronic components/circuits
Strong mechanicalproficiency
Basic PC skills including MS Officesuite
Ability to solve basic problems and address root causes;demonstrateasystematic problem-solvingapproach
Basic data extraction, analysis,and reportingskills
Ability to work effectively withsomedirection
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Growth mindset!

Education:
Must be seeking a two-year industry-relatedassociate degree. Example (Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology...)
