Our client, an automotive research and shopping company located in Boston, is seeking a temporary internal communications partner. Responsibilities:
Own strategy, planning, and production for key company-wide forums.Partner with senior leaders on large scale, high-impact initiatives (including change management and culture initiatives), developing and implementing tailored internal communications solutions based on business and stakeholder needs.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, leveraging influence to shape meaningful, employee-centered communications strategies and build mutual accountability toward results.Use knowledge of business goals and unique audience needs to develop a wide range of clear, easily accessible content that drives impact.Manage the development and execution of manager-focused communications, empowering managers with the information and resources they need to best support their teams.Manage our internal communications content calendar(s) in collaboration with key stakeholders; assist in editorial planning to ensure all communications are delivered to the right audience, at the right time, and through the right channel.Optimize strategies to ensure we're using the most effective approach by leveraging best practices, employee feedback, and channel data.Be a champion for clear, human, and impactful communications across the company.Qualifications:
B.A., MA in Communications or Marketing preferredYou're a strong writer with exceptional attention to detail, and you can translate complex concepts into clear and concise communicationsYou've built integrated communications programs and strategies to support business objectives and managed them from concept to executionYou have experience in digital content creation, including video, blog posts, e-newsletters, podcasts, and more; graphic design skills are a plus!You have experience managing content across digital platforms (e.g., intranet, wiki, websites, Slack, etc.)You're able to collaborate and communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including executive leadership and employees at all levels and global locationsYou're driven to execute projects in a timely fashion and can adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou're passionate about making an impact and building a workplace where all employees can grow and thrive!Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
