Internal Communications Strategist
to join their team!
As an Internal Communications Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal narrative of this company. You will support the Senior Strategist in developing and executing communication strategies that align with HR objectives and broader transformation initiatives across the company. Your day-to-day tasks will involve crafting compelling content and coordinating communication efforts that connect and engage the diverse global workforce.
Responsibilities:
Develop and plan engaging content for various internal platforms including events, informational videos, CEO memos, and updates on transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across functions to gather insights and translate complex ideas into clear, impactful communications.
Manage multiple projects with precision, from conceptualization through to execution, maintaining alignment with broader business objectives and tight timelines.
Enhance internal communications with creative storytelling that resonates across diverse global teams.
Qualifications:
Experience level: Experienced
A strategic thinker with a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Change Management, or a related field.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in internal or corporate communications, within an in-house or agency setting.
Exceptional ability to develop narratives and storytelling that engage and inform.
High proficiency in managing complex projects and deadlines with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience in the tech, engineering, or automotive industries is advantageous but not required.
