Bilingual Internal Sales Associate English/Spanish
LOCATION: PINELLAS COUNTY
POSITION SUMMARY
Internal Sales Agents will sell products and services to Medicare eligible individuals and build long term relationships with customers and external business partners.
Base salary plus commission.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
• Meets with potential clients to discuss adequacy of existing insurance coverage and related financial resources.
• Explains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs
• Develop sales strategies to procure sufficient number of referrals and other self-generated leads to meet sales targets
• Schedule individual meetings & group presentations from assigned/self-generated leads
• Maintain up-to-date information about assigned and self-generated leads
• Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets
• Customize sales presentations to communicate product features, benefits and differences
• Comply with CMS regulations and guidelines, marketing and enrollment requirements
• Ensure that all Medicare beneficiaries understand the products available to them, the enrollment process (eligibility requirements, Medicare review / approval of their enrollment application, timing of ID card receipt, etc.)
and the service contacts and process
• Accurately submit applications on a timely basis to the Solis Enrollment Department enrollment department with all information required by Medicare
• Assist all prospective members with their applications and any information they have regarding the plan
• Provide input to sales leadership about opportunities to improve products / services, provider networks, member service, telesales, retention and marketing programs
• Periodically participate on process improvement teams and provide ad hoc feedback as requested
• Maintain ongoing contact with enrolled members to support retention and ensure that good service is provided
• Maintain ongoing contact with assigned, contracted provider partners to assist with any service needs and ensure that needed marketing materials are in place
• Identify and qualify new provider partnership opportunities, submitting required forms to Solis Sales Management for consideration by leadership
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years' experience in the Medicare Advantage Plans line of business; 5+ years preferred
• Active Florida Health & Life Insurance Licenses
• Ability to establish relationships with community partners
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to successfully navigate mobile applications.
• High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Creole with the ability to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Must reside in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Orange or Hillsborough counties
