Internal Medicine/Family Practice Physician Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic and rewarding environment as a Primary Care Physician. The role involves providing essential internal medicine and family practice services to improve patient health. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $225,000.00 to $300,000.00 per year, plus numerous benefits including paid relocation, full medical coverages, and professional growth opportunities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient interviews, examinations, and treatments.Educate patients and families about wellness, prevention, and early detection of diseases.Generate referrals tailored to patient examinations and specific health needs.Engage in continuous education and training programs to ensure up-to-date practice.Participate actively in quality improvement and patient care management programs.Address and solve patient complaints and service requests efficiently.Ensure all patient information is handled with strict confidentiality as per federal guidelines.Document all patient interactions and treatments in the electronic medical records system promptly.Provide on-call support during night hours as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.Minimum Position Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.Current, unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s).Board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.Valid DEA license.Commitment to continuous professional development and education.Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a primary care or outpatient setting.Strong skills in creating and managing electronic medical records (EMR).Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.A profound commitment to patient privacy and ethical medical practices.Skills: Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using medical software and clinical tools.Expertise in patient counseling and education.Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.Capability to provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations.Benefits: Competitive base salary with annual incentive opportunities.Comprehensive health insurance plans including medical, prescription, dental, and disability.Retirement savings plan with company match and contributions.Paid relocation and education assistance.Eligibility for annual bonuses and parental leave.
