Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Round Rock is currently a 101-bed, full-service hospital, providing a wide network of medical expertise and resources, as well as an enhanced ability to care for patients. The medical center, adjacent specialty clinics and freestanding cancer center provide a full range of personalized care in more than 40 specialties.
As we gear up to open the doors to our expansion, spanning 165,000 square feet and 66 additional beds, we will introduce a state-of-the-art patient tower to our Round Rock hospital, tailored to accommodate the evolving needs of our rapidly growing population. Among its highlights, the tower will house an innovative 11-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, alongside expanded capacities for crucial departments such as a 28-bed Cardiac Care Med Surg and labor and delivery.

Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.
What You'll Do You, as an RN, will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
