Oak Medical's professional team is made up of:Internal medicine physiciansAdvanced practice providersWound management specialistsPsychiatry servicesJob Description:The Nurse Practitioner (NP)/ Physician Assistant (PA) functions under the clinical supervision of licensed physicians, provides diagnostic and therapeutic health care to patients in Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, Assisted Living and Independent Living environments.
