An adult primary care practice owned by a 25-bed critical access hospital.
It is recognized by NCQA as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home and is also a Rural Health Center.
Other Providers in the department: 3 MDs, 1 NP, 1 Behavioral Health Specialist.
Schedule: 40 hrs/week, 4 - 10 hour days per week.
See patients 8am-5pm, with evening hours, 11 – 7 on Wednesday.
Call Schedule: Rotating telephone call 1-2 times a month.

Volume: 18-20 patients/day
