Experience: Experienced physicians only (no new grads) Job Summary: We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a dynamic and expanding primary care group with locations throughout Florida.
This outpatient practice focuses on providing high-quality care, primarily for geriatric patients.
Experience with Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS Coding is required.
Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to a predominantly geriatric patient population. Patient Load: 20-22 patients daily. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekends or late hours). Optional call for additional compensation. Qualifications: Board Certificationin Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Active Florida Medical Licenserequired. BLSand ACLS certifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS Coding is essential. Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Mid-$200,000 range, negotiable, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 4 weeks of PTO.
