Transition to a Partner/Owner of SCPMG is eligible after three consecutive years of full-time employment (or six consecutive years of part-time employment), with increased benefits (e.g., compensation, retirement, life insurance) and voting rights on organizational decisions.

Our regional group focuses on gender dysphoria, reproductive health, transitional care of complex populations, and eating disorders, with a strong specialty footprint and opportunities to grow interests in regional programs such as pediatric pain and palliative care.
