California – Med/Peds Hospitalist Hospitalist requirements – Meds/Peds or FM trained with peds experience is ideal. Small volume of Peds coverage needed. Will consider IM for adult services only. Physician need ability to perform procedures and be confident/competent in ICU and work with a level of autonomy at this program. Physicians will have APP supervision duties.We welcome the challenge of complex cases, working in an open ICU with telemedicine critical care 24/7. We do most procedures and run codes.You'll experience an average census of 10-12 per physician, with 1-3 admissions per day and 2-6 admissions per night.Internal Medicine BC/BE to cover adult services only.
