Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient populationRobust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population HealthAccess provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leadersResponsible for the supervision of mid-level providersArrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patientsQualificationsBoard Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineWages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $205,000* (board eligible); $210,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $280,700** (board eligible) and $286,520** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
