Join one of the top physician-owned medical organizations in the Willamette Valley as a full-time Internal Medicine physician and be part of an exceptional Primary Care team in Salem, Oregon. This is a full-spectrum, outpatient position where you will care for a wide range of patients. You can expect a highly collegial, fast-paced and supportive team environment that includes access to full-scope and in-house laboratory and imaging services. As a physician-owned clinic, ideal candidates will be eager to work closely with the entire organization and become active participants in how the practice operates. This is an opportunity to not only practice Internal Medicine to its fullest, but to also have a voice in the overall direction of the clinics.
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care in a full-spectrum outpatient setting. Collaborate with a supportive team and participate in clinic operations. Qualifications: New graduates are welcome to apply. Spanish and/or Russian language skills are highly desired, but not required. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including generous PTO, health, vision, dental, and retirement. Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance is available. Benefit from a loan repayment/retention bonus program, with up to $100,000 disbursed over a four-year period. Offering a competitive base salary of $275,000 with the potential to exceed $400,000 annually through additional earning opportunities. Where You'll Work: Salem Clinic's community-based facilities serve patients throughout Oregon's Willamette Valley. With four locations in and around Salem, each clinic provides high-quality Primary Care, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, OB/GYN, and Urgent Care services, along with full-service laboratory and imaging departments.
Where You'll Live: Salem, Oregon's state capital, borders the beautiful Willamette River. Its centralized location means residents are only an hour's drive from Portland, the Cascade Mountains, and the Oregon Coast, providing locals with access to a wealth of entertainment and recreation options.
