At NorthBay Health, the Board Certified, Licensed Internal Medicine Physician will practice in our highly regarded health system in Northern California.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Inpatient/Outpatient Responsibilities: Outpatient only Call Ratio: Balanced call ratio split between physicians and sites Daily Patient Census: 18 patients per day Equipment/Resources: Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resources Provider Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)Primary Responsibilities: Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment Recommends and orders tests to determine the extent of illness or help diagnose conditions Monitors lab results, medication adherence, and medication toxicities Prescribes or administers treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury Explains and discusses procedures, test results, or prescribed treatment with the patient Refers patients to medical specialists when necessary Represents the practice at Hospital committees in such a manner that the burden of attending the meetings is reasonably distributed among all of the physicians in the group Collaborates and manages APPsMinimum Requirements:MD or DO degreeBoard-certified in Internal MedicineLicensed to practice medicine in the stateProven experience in a primary care settingExcellent diagnostic and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentCompensation and Perks:Annual Compensation Range: $320,000 - $418,000Income GuaranteeSign-On Bonus/Relocation available for qualified candidatesA positive work-life balanceCollaborative and energized clinical teamsIndependent Contractor/1099About Us:At NorthBay Health, we are committed to providing you with competitive wages and quality benefits for you and your family:
