Barton Associates is working with a client to fill a locum tenens Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner position in a multi-specialty clinic.
This opportunity offers a chance to work with an adult patient population in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Roles and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive internal medicine care for adult patientsManage common conditions such as colds, cough, flu, diabetes, and hypertensionConduct wellness checks and preventive care visitsDiagnose and treat various acute and chronic conditionsPrescribe medications and develop treatment plansComplete necessary paperwork and documentationMaintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic EMR systemCollaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient careThe ideal candidate will be an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) comfortable with a diverse range of internal medicine services, proficient in using Epic EMR, and able to manage a significant amount of paperwork.
