MeBe RBT Trainers provide remote training for incoming BTs so they are prepared for providing ABA therapy in the field and pass the RBT Exam.
In addition to providing full-time training, the RBT trainer is tasked with scheduling shadow sessions, providing corrective feedback to trainees, following up with trainees after training has commenced ensuring prompt scheduling of the RBT certification exam, communicating with other departments/directors regarding documentation/disciplinary processes, and assist training team with other training-related projects.

About what you'll do: Deliver RBT training content and assist with RBT Training related tasks
Attend weekly standing meetings and orientation
Create performance program books and datasheets for incoming BTs
Daily updates on CR w/ clinical performance
Take daily data on each BTs professional/clinical performance (including discussion with People Ops for issues concerning disciplinary action)
Maintain communication with trainees throughout training periods to answer questions, and direct trainees in the correct direction
Provide case coverage at the Learning Center as needed
Maintain daily communication with new hire post training to assist with RBT certification process
Qualifications: Must be available to work M/W/F 3-6pm PST or at least 6 hours a week to conduct part-time training.
Must have 1 year experience as an RBT
Must be flexible and adapt to the changing needs of the organization
Must be able to demonstrate fluency in behavior reduction protocols (accept no, interruption and transition, and count and mand) and Mixed Trial Teaching.
Must commit to at least 1 year in this role. This role is great for strong RBTs and/or those in the candidate program. Benefits: Pay: $1 per hour pay increase on your billable rate
