Largest spine group in the state with 11 physicians in 3 specialtiesEach specialty is recognized equally as the board is composed of a doctor from each divisionEach division is only responsible for their own overhead expensesPractice Features:Group of 3 physiatrists, 7 orthopedic surgeons, 2 anesthesiology pain management doctors and 4 nurse practitioners.The practice offers a continuum of services from acute to subacute to outpatient care.Ancillary services include PT, X-ray, pre-operative labs and EKG's, clinical lab work, outpatient pain management facility and full service pharmacy.The practice was founded in 2008 with the merger of three surgical clinics, and physical medicine practice, and an interventional pain management practice.Responsibilities:4 – 5 Procedure days/week performed at an in-house ASC.Musculoskeletal, pain management, pain psychological testing/counseling, EMG's, IME's. A significant amount of workers compensation work.Minimal call, don't share call with the other specialists.Compensation:Commensurate with experience.$450,000 – $500,000 salary range.Salary plus incentive.The incentive is based on productivity/collections.Affiliation:Employee with partnership potential.Partnership track 1 – 3 years at which time you would share in the ancillary service income too.Paid time off, family health insurance coverage, 401(k) with match, profit sharing contributions and other benefits.Candidate Qualifications:Board Certified/Qualified physiatrist with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.Board Certified in spine or experience in spine procedures.A team player.2025 graduating fellows will be considered.
