\n Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality customer interactions and experiences in support of Intuit's TurboTax product.Handle inbound calls to TurboTax customer service center.Apply defined practices, procedures, and company policies to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and resolve customer tax advice.
