About the Role:
CaaStle is adding a new Inventory Analyst to our growing team, reporting to the Director of Assortment.
The Inventory Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Assortment, Buying, and Planning teams in analyzing inventory data to optimize monetization strategies.
For success in this role, you'll need to be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, have a passion for data-driven decision-making, and have the ability to clearly communicate actionable insights.
You'll play a key role in improving the Yield Team's analytical processes.
What You'll Do: Collect, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to identify performance trends and patterns.
Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover underlying causes of KPI results.
Summarize findings and recommendations to present to stakeholders, translating large datasets into digestible insights with actionable takeaways.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and background for necessary analysis.
Support team in developing new reports/ tools to enable BAU analysis Leverage Tableau and Google suite to develop and maintain reports to monitor inventory performance metrics.
Identify areas for improvement in existing inventory analysis and management tools and assist in execution.
We'd Love for You to Have: Bachelor's degree and two to three years of experience in an analytical and/or planning role or related field Experience analyzing data, preferably in inventory management Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Pay Range:
$80,000 - $90,000.
Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
