Responsibilities 1. Inventory Management: Oversee all aspects of inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, conducting bi-weekly audits, and maintaining accurate records.Coordinate with relevant teams to forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer needs.Implement and improve inventory management procedures to minimize discrepancies, losses, and stockouts.Initiate reordering of products and materials to maintain adequate inventory levels

Shipping and Receiving: Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying contents, ensuring proper packaging, and processing shipping documentation.Collaborate with carriers and logistics partners to arrange timely and cost-effective deliveries.Address and resolve any shipping-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies. 3. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery and order fulfillment.Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. 4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize inventory management software and tools to generate reports on stock levels, sales, and shipping metrics.Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory strategies. 5. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and streamline inventory, shipping, and customer support processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
