The Inventory and Supply Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory, inventory reporting, receiving of material, and pulling orders.
Has no supervisory responsibility.
Responsibilities
Keep track of equipment and all consumables going out to jobs and returning.
Work with purchasing to keep stock levels.
Utilize Teletrac to track inventory and work orders, other computer programs as needed.
Shipping and receiving.
Needs to be able to take inventory and report.
Needs to be able to receive new material and place in inventory.
Needs to be able to receive tooling and place in inventory.
Needs to be able to pull orders and stage for mobilization to job sites.
Needs to be proficient in operating an all-terrain forklift.
About You
Qualifications High school degree or equivalent.
Computer literacy/knowledge needed to learn and work with inventory and work order systems, specifically Teletrac Navman apps.
Good oral communications, basic math skills, and a high degree of common sense.
Self-starter that must be flexible and able to make decisions in the company's best interest.
Experience operating all-terrain forklifts required, familiarity with towing trailers preferred.
Must have a clean MVR.
Ability to work full-time hours with overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential functions of the position.
Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs.
Working mostly in an outside environment in all weather conditions.
Stooping and bending up to 70% of the time.
