Values: 5Cs Culligan as One Customers come first Commitment to Innovation Courage to do what's right Consistently deliver exceptional results Description The Inventory Management Associate reports to the Inventory Control Manager. Your responsibilities include overseeing inventory accuracy and maintaining inventory records. Other duties include reporting inventory levels and issues to management, looking for any discrepancy with inventory, and creating reports that show available inventory or issues with inventory counts.  
\n Essential Functions:? Maintain consistent, and sufficient stock levels of inventory at the DC to meet demandOversee, and control inventory coming in and out of the warehouse to ensure right part, right place philosophyOversee daily inventory transactions, to identify inventory loss/gainManage the layout of the warehouse to where the fast moving inventory is located to the so called golden zoneResponsible  for collaborating with the DC manager, and other leads to ensure sufficient inventory is available for ordersCompetent in using computer software systems, and Microsoft Office5S experienceCoordinate the physical inventories with other DC's review, and report on results and make recommendations for improving the processDevelop a process for measuring and evaluating obsolescenceReconcile discrepancies, and establish process so discrepancies can be eliminatedEnsure proper transactions are done, and on timely mannerAbility to work independently. Qualifications:  2+ years' experience in supply chain roles and organizations. Able to apply developed network for rapid and effective problem solving. Experience in a high demand role managing multiple parts and high-volume rotations. Strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to influence people in other organizations and other functional groups to complete tasks on time and at quality necessary to ensure success. An understanding of administrative/clerical software and inventory management software is especially helpful High level of initiative and independence
