Inventory Associate

Job Description: Looking for an organized, detail-oriented contractor to manage the Staples inventory being sold from Amazon warehouses: Record PO adjustments for our 3rd party provider Record inventory movements between 3rd party provider and Amazon warehouses Reconcile inventory between the 3rd party and Amazon systems and Staples inventory system Monitor Amazon reporting for any adjustments to book in our inventory system Monitor customer returns to Amazon for product disposition and reflect accordingly in our system Partner with SDS (Staples Digital Solutions) to automate processes Partner with Amazon and tax team to provide inventory by state on a monthly basis Suggest process improvement ideas and implement controls to ensure inventory integrity and accuracy Skills: 2+ years of related accounting experience, including data entry and strong MS Excel Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting Inventory reconciliation experience Please Share resume to
