Investigate inventory discrepancies, determine root causes, and document and report variances to management. Update and manage accurate inventory data within the warehouse management system (WMS). Support receiving and shipping processes by verifying quantities and ensuring correct data entry. Work closely with teams in production, quality, and logistics to resolve inventory-related issues. Perform physical inventory audits and provide reports on stock levels, shrinkage, and inventory trends. Organize and store inventory materials properly to ensure efficient access and counting. Uphold warehouse cleanliness and safety by following company policies and safety standards. Assist in warehouse and production operations as needed to maintain an accurate and efficient supply chain. Propose and implement improvements to enhance inventory control processes Experience Preferred of the Inventory * *** High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong math skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic proficiency with inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS). Preferred experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks in a warehouse environment. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus ZRCFS
