The Role Xos is currently seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to bolster our Supply Chain Team by supporting Xos warehouses and inventory activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of our inventory management processes and implementing efficient systems for seamless operations. You will have the opportunity to work with a cross functional team to develop and implement system activities and change processes to manage several Warehouse activities that impact inventory. Position is based out of Xos Manufacturing Plant in Byrdstown, TN* Responsibilities Manage Inventory adjustments review, posting, and monthly reporting for enhanced visibility Develop and implement sales shipments and chargers to replace manual postings of sales orders Implement interim process controls to ensure proper manual postings Create standardized system update process maps and related NetSuite training for Receiving, Bin-Putaways, Bin Transfers, Cycle Counts, Production Red-Tag scrap, Kitting, In-Transit Materials accounting, Loc Consolidation, material allocation for Rework, R&D, Quality review types of orders Implement item master updates in Netsuite for warehouse information like item types, display names, GL accounts, bin management, UOM accuracy Systems updates and closure of Inactive / Invalid Items. Execute daily cycle count processes and standard physical inventory count processes Netsuite inventory data review, revision and data update management Provide training on financial and systemic impacts of various warehouse activities Generate periodic reports on non-conformance to inventory transactions and cost impacts Collaborate with Finance team on month-end and quarter-end inventory related reporting, including reconciliation of various production control reports and physical inventory reconciliations Perform inventory related SOX controls such as PI reconciliation and cycle counts Qualifications BA or Masters in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory management, Industrial Engineering, Operations or applicable discipline 5+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, Financial Data Management, or related experience Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and supply chain management is essential Excellent attention to detail with clear communication skills Proficiency in Google Suite and material management systems Previous ERP and Oracle/NetSuite experience highly preferred Must be willing to travel at least 25% of the time to Plant location especially at Quarter ends to assist in Physical Inventory Count activities Demonstrated ability to lead and manage work teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A team player attitude Xos is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and will consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, pregnancy, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, age, genetic information, protected veteran status, disability, or any other basis protected by local, state, or federal law.
